We want your arrival to be simple and worry free, which is why we offer free reserved parking to all our guests, located directly on the property. A convenient advantage, particularly in busier periods.

Whether it is for sharing pictures, working for a few hours or simply staying connected, we offer you free Wi-Fi connectivity in communal areas and accommodation.
Pet friendly
We are also animal lovers, which is why we are delighted to welcome your pets. They are welcome in most of our forms of accommodation, with the payment of a small daily fee. All we ask is that you advise us in advance, so that we can best prepare for them.
And if, during your stay, you happen to see our ponies walking through the fields, do not be surprised: they are part of the family too. 😊

Breakfast with local produce
Every morning, we will welcome you with breakfast, for a tasty and simple start to the day.
Many of the ingredients are produced directly by us: ancient grain flours cultivated in our fields, and extra-virgin olive oil from our farm, as well as other authentic seasonal produce.
In the cases in which we do not produce something directly, we always choose the best the area can offer, such as cheeses and ricotta from the Manciano Dairy, offering you only the most genuine flavours of the Maremma.

Facilities and comforts
All the accommodation – Villa, apartments or Guest House – offers air conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom with toiletries and linens.
Furthermore, in the residence, some of the accommodations have a kitchenette for further autonomy.
