The menu is focused on typical local dishes: fresh, home-made pasta, local ingredients and traditional recipes skilfully reinterpreted.

More than just a restaurant: Lo Scangeo is also a pizzeria. The pizzas are prepared with carefully studied doughs, slow risen, offering lightness and flavour.

Much of the produce is from our land or from local suppliers, including ancient grain flours and carefully selected ingredients that lend flavour and identity to every dish.
